<p>Earlier this year, 16-year-old Jeremiah Thomas asked that Gov. Abbott <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/32049/texas-gov-greg-abbott-promises-dying-teen-outlaw-paul-bois">grant his wish</a> to outlaw abortion after being diagnosed with an extremely aggressive bone cancer. The request was made through the &#8220;Make a Wish Foundation.&#8221;</p>
