Barack Obama will get Americans killed by radical Muslim terrorists.
In San Bernardino, his administration already has. A whistleblower from the Department of Homeland Security told Fox News’ Megyn Kelly that the feds shut down an investigation into the Islamic group Tablighi Jamaat, and that they destroyed all investigation information in order to avoid implications of Islamic profiling. By doing so, said the whistleblower, they prevented gathering of information on the umbrella movement that had ties to San Bernardino shooter Syed Farook’s mosque, and by extension, Farook. “Either Syed would have been put on the No-Fly List, because of association with that mosque,” said the whistleblower, “and/or the K-1 visa that his wife was given may have been denied because of his affiliation with a known organization.”
And so 14 Americans died.
By the same token, a neighbor to Farook and his lovely bride, Tashfeen Malik, said that he would have called the police to report suspicious activity, but feared backlash for racial profiling. Rightly so – the Department of Justice is now investigating the Irving Police Department for detaining Ahmed “Clock Boy” Mohammed for bringing a device that looked like a bomb to school. Who wouldn’t be afraid of crossing the PC machine?
And so 14 Americans died.
How many more Americans will die for the Obama administration’s perverse vision of a politically correct world?
Many.
Today, Jack Murphy of SOFREP reported, according to The Daily Caller, that the FBI was ready to label the San Bernardino shootings a terrorist attack almost immediately, but didn’t because the White House stepped in to stop them from doing so. According to Murphy’s source, “as soon as the shooting took place, Obama convened a meeting with the National Security Council and the heads of other federal enforcement agencies to discuss a public relations strategy.”
Got that? They didn’t convene to discuss a security strategy. They discussed a public relations strategy.
That’s because the dictates of political correctness have costs. Those costs include failures to report incidents, intelligence failures, and outright quashing of investigations. But the costs themselves require a new strategy to defend the old politically correct strategy. And so the White House launches propaganda efforts aimed at upholding its own nasty policies so as to avoid blowback for the deaths those policies cause.
Part of that propaganda effort includes dismissing terrorist attacks as mere “gun violence” or as “lone wolf” stuff, unforeseen and unforeseeable. But that narrative, too, is collapsing. Today, the FBI expanded its investigation into San Bernardino to include a huge group of people with ties to Farook and Malik, as well as Islamic convert neighbor Enrique Marquez.

There are no public relations meetings. There is no strategy. There is just blunt talk – much of it wrongheaded, some of it outright false, but all of it honest. There is no catering to the whims of the politically correct. Trump may mistake foolishness for political incorrectness, but his war with the PC culture is a real one. And that PC culture costs lives.
