Early this morning, the New England Holocaust Memorial was vandalized.
The memorial consists of six glass pillars etched with millions of numbers representing the numbered tattoos millions of Jews received in the death camps. Each pillar not only represents one of the six million Jews slaughtered by the Nazis but also the six extermination camps of Auschwitz-Birkenau, Madjanek, Chelmno, Sobibor, Belzec, and Treblinka.
