On February 3, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) announced the nominees for the 78th Annual Golden Globe Awards. The nominees were announced by actresses Sarah Jessica Parker and Taraji P. Henson, delivered virtually “for the first time in the history of the Golden Globes.”
The Golden Globes awards ceremony is scheduled to take place on February 28 from 8pm to 11pm Eastern Time on NBC, and will be hosted by comedy duo Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. Fey and Poehler have hosted the ceremony previously in 2013, 2014, and 2015. With COVID-19 restrictions in mind, “Fey will be live from New York’s Rainbow Room, Poehler will be live from the Beverly Hilton, in Beverly Hills,” with nominees appearing from “various locations across the world.”
