Melania Responds To Claim She Cried Tears Of Sadness When Trump Won Election

A new anti-Trump book by author Michael Wolff claims Melania Trump cried tears of sadness when her husband won the 2016 presidential election.

The book, “Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House,” which is apparently filled with dubious claims, alleges Mrs. Trump “was in tears — and not of joy” when Trump won the White House over former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The former fashion model “had been assured by her husband that he wouldn’t become president,” claims the book, and that she’d be able to “return to inconspicuously lunching.”
