Limbaugh Highlights ‘Democrat Hypocrisy’ Over Campaign Finance Violations

John Bickley

In response to Donald Trump’s former lawyer and “fixer” Michael Cohen implicating the president in potential campaign finance violations in his guilty plea heard ’round the world, Rush Limbaugh chose to dedicate a segment of his show Wednesday to highlighting “Democrat hypocrisy” on the issue.

Citing a 2013 story by Maggie Haberman for Politico, Limbaugh pointed out that the “Obama 2008 campaign [was] fined $375,000” for campaign reporting violations. “Nobody on the left cared,” said Limbaugh.
