After Republican Gov. Kristi Noem (SD) posted a Bible verse in reaction to Lil Nas X’s defense of his Satan-themed sneakers for sale, the hip-hop artist posted a vulgar message about oral sex to the governor.

“Our kids are being told that this kind of product is, not only okay, it’s ‘exclusive,'” Gov. Noem posted to Twitter Sunday, captioning Nas’ so-called “Satan shoes.”

“But do you know what’s more exclusive?” she wrote. “Their God-given eternal soul.”

“We are in a fight for the soul of our nation. We need to fight hard. And we need to fight smart. We have to win,” Noem added.

Nas, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, ridiculed Noem for reacting to the Satan-themed kicks on the market.

“[You’re] a whole governor and u on here tweeting about some damn shoes,” he wrote. “Do ur job!”

Noem pointedly reacted by quoting Matthew 16:26: “What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul?”

The “Old Town Road” singer went low, posting the vulgar message: “Shoot a child in your mouth while I’m ridin” -Montero 1:08.”

Nas sparked backlash this weekend with the release of a pair of Satan-themed Nike Air Max 97s sneakers. The kicks apparently include a drop of human blood mixed with ink, of which only 666 pairs are available for purchase.

Nike said Sunday that the company has nothing to do with the release or the design of the shoes.

“Nike did not release nor design these shoes,” a spokesperson for the company told left-wing fact-checking site Snopes via email. The design of the sneakers was reportedly worked on with the company MSCHF.

As highlighted in the report from The Daily Wire, Nas has also included satanic imagery in his new music video for “Montero (Call Me By Your Name),” which depicts the singer giving Satan a lap dance.

The 21-year-old has since doubled-down on the design of the sneakers and his Satan-themed music video.

For example, he replied “yes” when one social media user asked, “You’re riding satan in your new music video. You’re proud of that?”

“I made the decision to create the music video,” Nas wrote in another social media. “I am an adult. [I] am not gonna spend my entire career trying to cater to your children. [T]hat is your job.”

Nas, though, acknowledged in January that his core audience is children, according to an interview with NPR. “Before releasing his Satan Shoes, Hill appeared with Elmo on ‘Sesame Street’ and wrote a children’s book called ‘C Is For Country,’” The Daily Wire highlighted Sunday.

Still, this is not the first time Nas has been particularly vulgar. In December, the singer told a fan to get an abortion and then taunted a pro-life group about the remark.
