<p>America&#8217;s abortion laws are one giant case-study in cognitive dissonance. If a pregnant woman is murdered, laws in some of the most liberal states call it <a href="http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/story?id=124535&amp;page=1">double-homicide</a>; however, if the woman were to &#8220;terminate&#8221; that same child just moments before, it&#8217;s called empowerment.</p>
<p>Trying to bring some sanity into this bizarre equation, Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb signed a law on Sunday allowing for &#8220;murder charges to be brought against unborn babies who are victims of secondary violence,&#8221; according to <a href="http://www.lifenews.com/2018/03/26/indiana-governor-signs-historic-bill-permitting-murder-charges-for-killing-unborn-baby/">LifeNews</a>.</p>
