<p>Looking for evidence to see how hard-line the Democratic Party is on abortion? Look no further than the vote on <a href="http://www.lifenews.com/2018/01/19/house-passes-pro-life-bill-protecting-babies-born-alive-after-botched-abortions/">The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act </a>(H.R. 4712) in the House of Representatives. By a vote of 241 to 183, the bill passed the House with just six Democrat votes.</p>
<p>As the bill&#8217;s title suggests, the bill would not only provide legal protections to babies born alive during a botched abortion, as its 2002 counterpart did, but hold doctors criminally liable who fail to give the baby treatment.</p>
