On Friday’s episode of the Call Your Girlfriend podcast, Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton’s top aide Huma Abedin explained the bizarre feelings she received upon meeting the then-First Lady for the first time: “[O]ur eyes connected and I just remember having this moment where I thought; ‘Wow, this is amazing.’”
“You know these things that happen in your life that just stick?” said Abedin, reminiscing on the encounter she had with Hillary at the age of 21. “She walked by and she shook my hand and our eyes connected and I just remember having this moment where I thought; ‘Wow, this is amazing.’”
