Harvey Weinstein, the disgraced Hollywood movie mogul serving 23 years in New York prison for sex crimes, was charged with six counts of sexual assault on Friday stemming from incidents that allegedly occurred with two women over a decade ago in Los Angeles.
Under the new charges, Weinstein is accused of raping a woman at a hotel in Beverly Hills between September 2004 and September 2005. He is also accused of raping a different woman, on two occasions, in November of 2009 and November of 2010.
