America’s former abortion queen — Cecile Richards of Planned Parenthood — says that the sudden rise of openly socialist 28-year-old Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez proves that “the future is Latina.”
Feminists are often fond of trotting out catch-phrases like “the past is male” or “the future is female,” but it seems that Cecile Richards thinks that should include a racial component as well for some reason.
Speaking of Ocasio-Cortez’s ascent to become the Democratic nominee for Congress in New York, Richards said that the openly-socialist rookie who believes in free-for-all (fill in the blank) and the impeachment of President Trump is the future.
“I know you can’t tell this story enough. … When she is sworn into office, she will be the youngest woman ever to be in Congress. They are proof that yes, the future is Latina,” Richards told an audience at an annual conference hosted by UnidosUS.
According to the Washington Examiner, Richards also “noted the wins of Elizabeth Guzman and Hala Ayala, members of the Virginia House of Delegates.”
The former abortion CEO also said that the record-breaking number of women running for political office is the “most potent political force in America right now.”
“Women are done waiting their turn or asking for permission,” she said. “We are reclaiming our time.”
After stepping down from her role as CEO of Planned Parenthood in April, Cecile Richards referred to pro-lifers as a corrupt cabal who “lie, cheat, steal, deceive, break the law.” She also recently received a lifetime achievement award from none other than the ACLU.
Speaking of Latinas, Planned Parenthood clinics are located predominately in communities of color (black, Hispanic, etc.). If Cecile Richards truly believes “the future is Latina,” her life’s work has focused on hindering that at best, considering that many of Planned Parenthood’s victims have been Latinas in the womb.
