<p>According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Tim Gionet, better known by the moniker “Baked Alaska” from his former social media platforms, was <a href="https://www.justice.gov/opa/investigations-regarding-violence-capitol">arrested</a> by federal agents in Houston on Friday for his alleged role in the attack on the U.S. Capitol.</p>
<p>According to the DOJ’s <a href="https://www.justice.gov/file/1355776/download">criminal complaint</a>, Gionet has been charged with “knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority” and “violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.”</p>
