Tuesday morning FBI Director James Comey presented his agency’s findings on Hillary Clinton’s use of an unapproved and unsecured private email server during her time as secretary of state. After detailing the Clinton State Department’s “extremely careless” handling of sensitive material, Comey announced that he “recommend that no charges are appropriate in this case” and was now referring the case to the Department of Justice for prosecutive decision.
