EXCLUSIVE: Poll: Millennials Weigh In On Impeaching Trump. The Results Might Surprise You.

As we’ve all been assured, fully 100% of millennials believe that Trump is NOT THEIR PRESIDENT and thus of course want him impeached, and probably imprisoned, for the crime of preventing the woman they all love and revere (despite all the mean things she said about their beloved anti-capitalist Bernie Sanders) from taking her rightful place atop the evil empire that is the USA. But a new survey Whatsgoodly conducted in partnership with Daily Wire found that, weirdly, the supposedly homogenous millennials are not so sure about impeaching Trump after all.

In an online survey of over 1,300 millennials conducted from June 13-20, a little less than half (47%) said Trump “should be impeached,” while 35% said “no,” and 18% said they were “unsure.”

Unsurprisingly, the political and ideological leanings of the respondents played a strong role in how much they were convinced of Trump’s innocence or guilt. While 79% of self-described “liberals” said he should be impeached (7% no, 13% unsure), almost the exact same percentage, 78%, of “conservatives” said he should not face impeachment (9% yes, 13% unsure). The “centrists” were more evenly split: 40% said yes, 31% said no and 29% said they were unsure.

The divide was similar when broken down by whom the respondent supported in the election. Pro-Clinton respondents were heavily in favor of impeaching the man who beat their candidate of choice (76% yes, 10% no, 13% unsure). Those who are pro-Trump were mostly certain that their man was clean (6% yes, 88% no, 6% unsure). Those who said they “wrote in Bernie” were a little less convinced of Trump’s guilt than the Clinton fans (69% yes, 9% no, 22% unsure). Gary Johnson supporters were the most centrist of the four (24% yes, 48% no, 22% unsure).

Gender also seems to have played a significant role in the response of millennials, with more female young people (53%) thinking Trump is guilty than male millennials (40%):

The race of the respondents also appears to have a correlation with their perspective on the “old, white male” president. More self-identified minorities think Trump should be facing impeachment than whites: 61% of both blacks and Hispanics said yes to impeachment, while 53% of Asians agreed; a total of 43% of whites said yes.
