Telfer, notably, is a biological male who now identifies as a female. Last year, CeCe, then going by his birth name Craig, was a top athlete in the men&#8217;s division.</p>
<p>Telfer is headed to the NCAA Championships on March 8-9, <a href="https://www.fpuravens.com/landing/index">reports</a> a website for Franklin Pierce Athletics.</p>
