Ever since that fateful day on November 8, 2016, twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton isolated herself from reality—after a reportedly epic meltdown (Lamp Throwing incident 2.0?)—deep in the woods of Chappaqua, New York. Every once and a while there would be sightings of her, like the time she suddenly reappeared to blame “fake news” and FBI Director James Comey for her stunning election loss to reality star turned POTUS Donald Trump, but overall, the elderly yet ambitious woman has kept a low profile.
On Super Bowl Sunday, Hill was lured out from deep in the wilderness once again, this time by one Lady Gaga. The former secretary of state apparently went “Gaga” over the Trump-hating Hollywood elite’s largely apolitical performance.
“I’m one of 100 million Super Bowl fans that just went #Gaga for the Lady, & her message to all of us,” wrote Hillary via Twitter.
Lady Gaga was an outspoken Hillary supporter during the 2016 presidential election.
But because nothing can go right for Hill, the briefly-talked about Lady Gaga performance was eclipsed by the epic comeback from the Trump-friendly New England Patriots. The internet went wild with epic Hillary/Falcons comparisons for the blown lead.
Hey, at least the former First Lady was able to escape total seclusion to briefly enjoy the halftime show. Progress.
