Apparently, the #MeToo movement, which accused dozens of men of sexual impropriety, was “a complete referendum on Donald Trump being elected to the presidency,” according to comedienne Chelsea Handler.
Speaking with The New York Times at Syracuse University, Handler said that sexual assault was “all over the place. “Seventeen million women across the world have been sexually assaulted,” Handler said. “It’s all over the place. So to ignore it is to live in a lane and be delusional about your own experience.”
