Building Collapse In New Orleans; 2 Dead, 18 Injured, 1 Trapped

According to WVUE, while it was initially believed that one person was killed and two survivors were trapped inside the partially collapsed building, after two bodies were discovered, the search for the missing has narrowed to one.
