Dominion Voting Systems sued Rudy Giuliani on Monday for allegedly making false claims about the company during the 2020 election.
Dominion filed a 107-page lawsuit in the Federal District Court in Washington, D.C., on Monday morning accusing Giuliani, who serves as former President Donald Trump’s personal attorney, of making “demonstrably false” claims on Twitter and elsewhere. The lawsuit seeks more than $1.3 billion in damages, according to The New York Times.
