The State Department website was reportedly manipulated Monday by a &#8220;disgruntled staffer&#8221; to say that President Donald Trump&#8217;s last day in office was Jan. 11, sparking resignation rumors online. 
&#8220;Donald J. Trump&#8217;s term ended on 2021-01-11 19:49:00,&#8221; the site said.
