Businesswoman and author Callista Gingrich continues her Ellis The Elephant series of children’s books in this whimsical story Remember The Ladies which highlights several First Ladies throughout American history. It is currently available for pre-order on Amazon and available in bookstores October 10.
Similar to previous books in the series, Ellis travels through history where he learns about the wives of several presidents, including Martha Washington, Dolley Madison, Mary Todd Lincoln, Jackie Kennedy, Laura Bush, and several others. Ellis learns how each First Lady played a pivotal role in their husband’s administration. For instance, Ellis witnesses Nancy Reagan’s “Just Say No” anti-drug campaign.
