Americans can now select their chosen gender on passports without providing medical documentation, according to a new Biden administration rule.
As explained by a <a href="https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/need-passport/selecting-your-gender-marker.html">State Department</a> announcement released on Wednesday:
