A St. Augustine surrogate mother is fighting for custody of two surviving triplet boys after the intended father, a single man from China, failed to claim them for nearly 20 months.

One of the triplets died from complications related to respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) while in her care, and the remaining two are now in foster care as a legal battle over their future unfolds.
