Here’s something that never happened as the Biden administration was carrying out its nationwide crackdown on conservatives — as they rounded up conservatives who prayed outside of abortion clinics, who walked around the Capitol building, who posted memes on social media, and so on. They never once — not one time — punished a law enforcement official for excessive force against conservatives. And they had no shortage of opportunities to do so. On January 6 alone, a Capitol Police officer with a lengthy and documented history of incompetence shot an unarmed woman to death. Another Capitol Police officer shoved an unarmed protester off a staircase, nearly killing him.
