Authorities haven't revealed the motive of a suspected bomber, who appears to have sent six separate explosive devices to prominent Democrats — nor do they have a suspect or person of interest in custody — but leftists on Twitter have wasted no time in christening the person behind the suspicious packages the "#MAGAbomber."
Six Democrats — mega-donor George Soros, former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, former President Barack Obama, former Attorney General Eric Holder, former CIA chief John Brennan, and Rep. Maxine Waters — have received "suspicious packages," containing "rudimentary" but functional explosive devices. At least two bombs were hand-delivered to targets in New York state; the others were sent through the United States Postal Service.
Law enforcement officials reportedly believe the attempted bombings are connected — the packages were wrapped in manila envelopes, covered in stamps, and Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz's Florida office was listed, on all of the packages, as a return address — and although it's easy to suspect the bomber was targeting Democrats, the actual motive behind the bombings remains unknown.
Leftists on social media, though, have already caught and convicted Donald Trump. And they've turned #MAGAbomber into a get-out-the-vote slogan.
We're calling this person the Magabomber. Pass it on.— Bess Kalb (@bessbell) October 24, 2018

Equate this the way it absolutely should be.
Leftists then used the term to bolster their own claims that right-wing violence is on the rise...
And then used the same term to poke fun at Republicans concerned about being accosted in public places...
Others used it to lay the blame on right-leaning media.
The @GOP and @FoxNews has created an entire culture of rage around the irrational hatred of Democrat figures like Hillary Clinton. Trump harnessed and fed this evil to rise to power. The #MAGABomber is the predictable result.— Ella Disenchanted (@McTestaInc) October 24, 2018
Authorities have yet to release any evidence beyond what's been reported, but the FBI, Secret Service, and other agencies are reportedly pursuing a number of leads.
