Left-wing activist and aspiring lawmaker David Hogg's rant about House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi has landed him in time out by some of his usually die-hard supporters.

"Older Democrats just won’t move the f*** off the plate and let us take control," Hogg, the "spokesperson for radicalized young America," declared in an interview with New York Mag last week. "Nancy Pelosi is old."

While Pelosi has declined commenting on Hogg's harsh words, as BuzzFeed News reports, some of his supporters have felt the need to publicly reprimand the young activist for his "ageist," "mysogenistic" and "arrogant" remarks.

Despite the pushback, Hogg has thus far refused to apologize and has even doubled-down:

As the Daily Wire's Ryan Saavedra pointed out last week, this isn't the first time Hogg has dissed old people. "In a profanity-laced interview earlier this year, Hogg said that his parent's generation was not competent enough to solve problems in today's world, saying, 'our parents don’t know how to use a f***ing democracy, so we have to,'" Saavedra reported.

As far as the issue of his "arrogance," Hogg might actually agree. NY Mag notes that he "frequently uses the word narcissistic in reference to himself." In the interview with the magazine, Hogg also took some shots at Bernie Sanders and Barack Obama over guns and drones, respectively.
