On Wednesday, CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta shouted at White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders as she was leaving the podium, asking where President Donald Trump's apology was for people he has offended.
Acosta's comments came after Sanders pointed out the hypocrisy of the media with regard to the recent circus surrounding Roseanne Barr, whose show "Roseanne" was canceled on Tuesday after she tweeted racist remarks.
"Sarah, where is the president's apologies for things he's said over the years?" Acosta shouted at Sanders as she left the room.
Acosta later joined CNN's Brooke Baldwin, where he expounded on the incident and then pivoted to attacking the White House for having Kim Kardashian visit to discuss prison reform, saying that the meeting wasn't "a serious thing."
"Forget about the fact that Kim Kardashian is here at the White House today and what planet that is anything resembling normal because it's not," Acosta whined. "She shouldn't be here talking about prison reform. It's very nice that she is here but that's not a serious thing to have happen here at the White House."
