Porn Star Stormy Daniels: Trump Lawyer Broke NDA, I Will Talk About Affair

“Everything is off now, and Stormy is going to tell her story"

Porn star Stormy Daniels claims recent comments from Donald Trump's attorney Michael Cohen have effectively invalidated a non-disclosure agreement she signed in 2016, which silenced her about an alleged affair with the now-president.

Daniels will now speak out about the alleged affair, says the adult film star's manager, Gina Rodriguez.

“Everything is off now, and Stormy is going to tell her story,” said Rodriguez.

The manager told The Associated Press on Tuesday that Cohen violated the NDA in comments published in two recent news stories: "One, in which Cohen told The New York Times that he made the six-figure payment with his personal funds, and another in the Daily Beast, which reported that Cohen was shopping a book proposal that would touch on Daniels’ story."

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, first spoke about the alleged affair with gossip magazine In Touch Weekly, in 2011.

But before the 2016 election, the adult film star was allegedly paid $130,000, arranged by Mr. Cohen, to stay silent about the alleged affair.

Cohen claims he paid Daniels out of his own pocket, adding that “neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly.”

During the 2011 In Touch interview, Daniels claimed she had sex with Trump in 2006, when he was married to now-First Lady Melania Trump. She claims the two had a years-long relationship.

"Rodriguez said her client will soon announce how and when she will tell her story publicly," reports the AP.
