Jazz Jennings rose to fame several years ago when he began to transition from a male to a female as a small child. TLC featured him and his family for years in their television show, I Am Jazz. He has undergone hormone treatments, puberty blockers, and even surgeries yet he is severely struggling with his mental health and says he doesn't feel like himself.
