What happens when someone who's constantly connected to their phone spends 24 hours without it? I wanted to find out for myself. I left my phone behind and headed into nature to see what it felt like to disconnect from technology and reconnect with the real world. To better understand what screens are doing to our brains and why unplugging can be so difficult. I also sat down with Dr. John Hutton, Attending Physician at Children health, Dallas as well as a an Associate Professor at Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Together, we explore how our relationship with technology is shaping the way we think, focus, and experience the world around us.
