Homelessness is a major issue in California. Just in the past year, homelessness has increased in Los Angeles by 12.7 percent. What is being done to alleviate this crisis? Will, Amala, and Taylor head to the Dream Center to learn how they're helping the homeless get off the streets and change their lives for the better.
