It’s Friday, baby — and it’s a GOOD Friday, because there’s actually real, tangible good news coming out of Washington, D.C. (even though the mainstream media would rather chew glass than report it honestly).

First: I spent yesterday at HHS for an incredible event with Secretary Kennedy, where the administration unveiled a new food pyramid that flips the old one on its head — and the message is shockingly simple: eat real food. Not chemical sludge. Not ultra-processed junk that your body can’t even pronounce. RealFood.gov is live, the branding is iconic, and for the first time in our lifetime, we’re watching public institutions say out loud what everyone already knows: America is sick — and the old “expert” guidance helped get us here.

Then: the media circus. From misreporting an ICE-related story out of Minneapolis, to whipping people into a frenzy, to pretending that telling people to eat steak is “tone deaf” — it’s propaganda, and J.D. Vance was NOT having it. His press conference response was moral clarity at full volume, and it was giving president energy.
