Entire office buildings in Columbus were packed with near-identical, sketchy home health LLCs . Many owners, mostly foreigners, had criminal records, no health care background, and some had previously been convicted of fraud before opening home health companies approved by the state and billing the taxpayer millions. Rosiak’s reporting has already triggered a $1.4 billion spending freeze from Vice President JD Vance's anti-fraud task force and has become a top campaign issue for Ohio gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.
