Daily Wire investigative reporter Luke Rosiak testifies before the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business & Entrepreneurship at a hearing titled "Blowing the Whistle: Inside the Grift that Keeps Giving.” Rosiak's bombshell "Medicaid Millions" series exposed billions of dollars of apparent Medicaid waste and fraud in Ohio, by way of dubious “personal services” payments where people are paid to spend time with their own family. Entire office buildings in Columbus were packed with near-identical, sketchy home health LLCs . Many owners, mostly foreigners, had criminal records, no health care background, and some had previously been convicted of fraud before opening home health companies approved by the state and billing the taxpayer millions. Rosiak’s reporting has already triggered a $1.4 billion spending freeze from Vice President JD Vance's anti-fraud task force and has become a top campaign issue for Ohio gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.
