President Donald Trump, as well as some of the biggest names in sports, are at the White House Friday for a roundtable discussion on college sports.
&#8220;The president wants to save college sports,&#8221; White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told Fox News on Friday, &#8220;It&#8217;s very important to him and to so many athletes across the country to fix the broken system.&#8221;
According to Fox News, the president is fed up with the overspending on players and the constant transfer of players between schools. A big focus of the meeting will be how to rein in NIL, which stands for name, image, and likeness. NIL is how the players make their millions. Another area of focus will be collective bargaining.
&#8220;The president is saying enough is enough,&#8221; Darren Botelho said.
Trump is not against players being paid, but instead he is focusing on keeping college sports as amateur as it can be in the new NIL era.
Trump will be the chair of the Saving College Sports Roundtable, alongside vice chairs Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and New York Yankees President Randy Levine.
Notable sports figures attending Friday&#8217;s gathering include Nick Saban, Tiger Woods, Urban Meyer, and Tony Dungy.
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver is set to attend alongside several NCAA conference commissioners and media execs. In total, more than 30 people will be in attendance. As of now, there are no current players or coaches participating in the roundtable.
In response to the lack of current athletes attending the roundtable, Temple University football player Kahlil Poteat said: &#8220;We deserve a seat at the table. We as athletes are the reason the stands are filled, logos are worn, and the game thrives the way it does. Ever since I was a little kid, I dreamed about making it to the Division I level to play the sport I love. It is unfair and unfaithful to hold a discussion without the main attraction in mind. We deserve a say, just like the executives and leaders, in sports and in our futures. I believe that we, as athletes at every level, deserve to be at the table and fight for our best interest. We want college sports to thrive just like everyone else in the room. So let’s bond together to generate the best outcome for all.&#8221;
Trump hasn&#8217;t shied away from sports during his second term; the president signed an <a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/fact-sheets/2025/07/fact-sheet-president-donald-j-trump-saves-college-sports/">executive order</a> to ban third-party pay-for-play payments, while allowing legitimate NIL endorsement deals. He also <a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/fact-sheets/2025/07/fact-sheet-president-donald-j-trump-saves-college-sports/">called on schools</a> to expand &#8220;opportunities for scholarships and collegiate athletic competition in women’s and non-revenue sports.&#8221;
Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) has long supported Trump getting involved with the landscape of college sports. Last May, Tuberville said he is confident the Trump administration can find a solution to the current chaos at the college level.
&#8220;While I’m all for players making money, we need to create national standards to protect the integrity of college sports,&#8221; Tuberville said.

The song is called &#8220;<a href="https://anniebosko.com/">Goodbye California</a>,&#8221; which she describes as the most &#8220;beautiful state in the world.&#8221; And while its title sounds like the closing of a chapter, she hopes her song brings about a welcome change to a place she says has rapidly declined since the pandemic.
Bosko hails from Thousand Oaks, California, and has fond memories growing up on a farm, surrounded by her four siblings. Fresh air, hard work, and endless miles of beauty are what she remembers most about where she was born and raised.
Living in Nashville, the country music capital, she still associates the real cowboys of the world with the West, especially California, known for cattle farms and growing a large portion of the country&#8217;s produce. Unfortunately, her home state is now associated with tremendous negativity, and she is addressing that through her lyrics.
&#8220;Now you&#8217;re just a wasteland of dust and broken dreams,&#8221; Bosko says in the song.
Her lyrics address the billions of dollars California spent trying to combat the homeless crisis. Instead, according to the <a href="https://www.ppic.org/blog/californians-concern-about-homelessness-has-softened/">Public Policy Institute of California</a>, the homeless population grew by more than 20% between 2019 and 2024.
Bosko also laments the devastating Palisades wildfires in her song, including how California fire hydrants ran dry. The song&#8217;s bridge highlights California&#8217;s critical issues during the fires that destroyed 23,000 acres.
&#8220;When working hard hardly works, can&#8217;t keep up with the dollar. Even when it&#8217;s free, you can&#8217;t afford the water,&#8221; she sings.
Bosko wants the Golden State to return to its desirable roots. She wants affordability, safety, and an economy that attracts businesses, not one that forces them to relocate.
&#8220;When you lose the things about a place that made it special, it&#8217;s a really sad thing to watch,&#8221; Bosko told The Daily Wire. &#8220;When you lose the history, the culture of a city, and you lose its landmark and what made it so special &#8230; it&#8217;s just hard to come back from that.
In &#8220;Goodbye California,&#8221; she sings about longing for the better days, not just for her, who has finally left it behind, but for those who can&#8217;t leave and are stuck in the current climate.
&#8220;They don&#8217;t feel safe, they can&#8217;t afford a yard,&#8221; Bosko said.
While her goal is to bring change to the state, the song also doubles as a love ballad, with California representing an old flame.
&#8220;Goodbye, California, you still got my heart. This view of you in my rearview is tearing me apart,&#8221; Bosko sings.
Bosko said it was actually Kid Rock who had the idea to make the song have a double meaning.
&#8220;Whichever side you&#8217;re on, you can&#8217;t refute he’s a great artist,&#8221; Bosko said.
While California dreaming has turned into a nightmare for many, Bosko hopes to one day return home, and said she is hopeful California is close to making a comeback. She is honored to release &#8220;Goodbye California&#8221; to the world to help with that.
&#8220;I&#8217;m an artist, so I think our jobs are to look around at what we see, what we observe&#8230; and write about it,&#8221; Bosko said. &#8220;If it can just make a difference in saving California &#8230; because it needs to be saved.&#8221;

Police body-camera footage has been released showing the moments after a former &#8220;American Idol&#8221; contestant and worship pastor allegedly killed his wife in the early morning hours of February 16 in Tipp City, Ohio, just north of Dayton.
Caleb Flynn is in jail on a $2 million bond after being charged with the murder of his wife, Ashley. The newly released video shows the Tipp City Police responding to what they believed was a burglary call that ended with Ashley being shot. Now, officials say Caleb shot his wife and staged the burglary scene.
&#8220;Is she gone?&#8221; Caleb, who once raved on &#8220;American Idol&#8221; about how much he loved his wife, asked investigators as they canvassed the crime scene.
Caleb seemed in pure shock that his wife was dead. Investigators asked Caleb if he had any weapons. He said he had guns in the house and referenced one specifically in his truck&#8217;s glove compartment.
Hours of body-cam footage were released this week as the investigation into Caleb continues. In one of the videos, Caleb is confiding in another woman, believed to be Ashley&#8217;s mother, in the yard as officers work to secure the scene.
“She told me to sleep on the couch &#8230; I shouldn&#8217;t have listened,&#8221; Caleb said.
The father of two was wailing and even throwing up at one point during the police&#8217;s initial search of the home. Caleb and Ashley&#8217;s daughters were inside during the alleged shooting.

Later that morning, the footage shows Caleb agreeing to go to the police station for questioning. While sitting at the station, he asked about getting his phone back as well as where Ashley was.
&#8220;Where did you take her?&#8221; Caleb asked the detective. The detective responded by saying Ashley&#8217;s body was still at the house as investigators were &#8220;scouring&#8221; everything.
Three days after Caleb voluntarily went in for questioning, he was arrested and transported to the Miami County jail, where he remains on charges of homicide, two counts of felonious assault, and two counts of tampering with evidence.
After Caleb&#8217;s arrest, Ashley&#8217;s family released this statement: &#8220;Our hearts are shattered. Ashley brought endless light to our world and we are trying to navigate this immense loss. Our family believes this arrest was made carefully and not without serious consideration. After speaking with both local police and federal authorities, we trust the proper steps were taken and the process is being handled appropriately. We kindly ask for privacy as we work through this complex situation. We are clinging to our faith – just as Ashley did each and every day.&#8221;
Prior to Caleb&#8217;s arrest, Ashley was set to have a public celebration of life, but because of the tragic circumstances, she was laid to rest privately.
Caleb is being represented by Patrick Mulligan, who spoke out about his client&#8217;s $2 million bond.
Per <a href="https://www.daytondailynews.com/local/ashley-flynn-murder-case-husbands-attorney-questions-thoroughness-of-investigation/BLOGSCW4FBDQFB3P2A52FNFCCE/">the Dayton Daily News</a>, Mulligan said the bond was unnecessary. &#8220;It denies him the opportunity to be at the funeral for his wife, which is an unspeakable tragedy,&#8221; Mulligan said at the time.
Caleb made his first court appearance on February 20, where he told the judge, &#8220;I just want to take care of my daughters, I’m not a risk.&#8221;
Caleb&#8217;s preliminary hearing is currently scheduled for March 26.
The 39-year-old competed on Season 12 of &#8220;American Idol.&#8221; He described himself as a devoted husband, worship pastor, and Christian.
He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The Atlanta Hawks are apparently making the most out of International Women&#8217;s Month by teaming up with a famous strip club as part of their promotional &#8220;Magic City Monday&#8221; game on March 16.
The NBA team put out a release that stated the &#8220;Magic City Monday&#8221; game will honor one of Atlanta&#8217;s &#8220;iconic cultural institutions&#8221; with special food and a halftime performance by Atlanta great, T.I.
&#8220;The Hawks have worked with Magic City to bring the &#8216;best of&#8217; the phenomena for fans in attendance at the award-winning State Farm Arena,&#8221; the statement read.

The famous Atlanta strip club has been around since the &#8217;80s and is known for more than just its strippers. Magic City is famous for its lemon pepper wings, which will be featured at the &#8220;Magic City Monday&#8221; game in a few weeks.
“From the food to the music and the exclusive merchandise, we are excited to team up with Magic City to create an authentic, True to Atlanta-inspired game experience,” <a href="https://www.nba.com/hawks/news/hawksto-celebrate-atlantas-iconic-cultural-institution-magic-city-during-the-teams-magic-city-monday-game-against-the-orlando-magic-on-monday-march-16">said</a> Hawks Executive Vice President &amp; Chief Marketing Officer Melissa Proctor.
The wings are apparently so good that during the NBA bubble season in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, former Los Angeles Clippers guard Lou Williams broke protocol to visit Magic City for the wings and was forced to miss games because of the mandatory 10-day quarantine the league required.
Not all NBA players are excited for this collab during a month that&#8217;s meant to celebrate women&#8217;s accomplishments. San Antonio Spurs center Luke Kornet penned an <a href="https://lukekornet.medium.com/concerning-the-atlanta-hawks-0f07c62ea65e">article</a> asking Atlanta to cancel &#8220;Magic City Monday&#8221; theme night because he said the promotion doesn&#8217;t protect or esteem women and would reflect poorly on the NBA.
&#8220;The NBA should desire to protect and esteem women, many of whom work diligently every day to make this the best basketball league in the world,&#8221; Kornett wrote. &#8220;We should promote an atmosphere that is protective and respectful of the daughters, wives, sisters, mothers, and partners that we know and love.&#8221;
Kornet insists that women in the adult entertainment industry often experience abuse and harassment. He encouraged the league to hold teams to a higher standard when it comes to in-game partnerships. The Spurs center added that many people around the league were shocked by the Hawks&#8217; decision.
&#8220;We desire to provide an environment where fans of all ages can safely come and enjoy the game of basketball and where we can celebrate the history and culture of communities in good conscience,&#8221; Kornet said. &#8220;The celebration of a strip club is not conduct aligned with that vision.&#8221;
The Hawks did not refer to Magic City as a strip club in the release, but instead focused on other aspects of the establishment.
It&#8217;s fitting that the visiting team for the March 16 game is the Orlando Magic. Tipoff is set for 7:00 p.m. ET.

The first victim in the Austin bar shooting over the weekend has been identified as 19-year-old Ryder Harrington, a student at Texas Tech.
&#8220;Ryder was the best mix of all the Harrington crew,” his brother, Reed Harrington, wrote on <a href="https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1Da2o6PHw2/">social media</a>, thanking supporters on behalf of the family.
Harrington was one of two people killed early Sunday morning after 53-year-old Ndiaga Diagne opened fire outside Buford&#8217;s, a popular bar in downtown Austin. Police shot and killed Diagne after a brief gunfire exchange.
According to local Lubbock TV station <a href="https://www.kcbd.com/2026/03/02/texas-tech-student-killed-austin-bar-shooting/">KCBD</a>, Harrington was a member of the Fall 2024 pledge class of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity.
In a statement, the fraternity said:
<blockquote>His character and genuine spirit made our chapter stronger and our friendships deeper. The energy he carried, the joy he spread, and the way he made everyone feel welcome are things we will never forget. He made the world around him better simply by being in it.</blockquote>
Texas House Speaker Dustin Burrows (R) said the loss hit close to home because Harrington was related to one of his team members.
&#8220;Ryder was the brother-in-law of one of our own, and our hearts are aching alongside his loved ones,&#8221; Burrows <a href="https://x.com/Burrows4TX/status/2028304728820514958?s=20">said</a>. &#8220;From all accounts, Ryder was exactly the kind of young man who made a difference without even trying—full of life, loyal to his friends, proud to be a Red Raider and a Texan, and someone who showed up for the people around him.&#8221;
Police say Diagne fired just before 2 a.m. Sunday. He <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/texas-tech-student-identified-victim-austin-bar-shooting-rcna261317">reportedly</a> wore a sweatshirt that said &#8220;Property of Allah&#8221; and a t-shirt underneath with a design similar to the Iranian flag. According to law enforcement, Diagne drove around the block multiple times in a large SUV before stopping, turning on his flashers, rolling down a window, and firing at people sitting outside the establishment.
He then exited the vehicle and continued shooting in the crowded nightlife district.
Authorities said Diagne was armed with a handgun and rifle and acted alone.
Fourteen people were hospitalized, several in critical condition.
<a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/news/mass-shooting-at-austin-texas-bar-leaves-at-least-3-dead-multiple-people-wounded/#">CBS News</a> reported that investigators found Iranian flags and pictures of Iranian leaders in the shooter&#8217;s home. A Quran was also found in the vehicle. Officials have not announced a motive, but the FBI is investigating whether the shooting could be related to terrorism. Other reports say the gunman had previous mental health issues.
The attack occurred hours after the United States and Israel launched strikes on targets in Iran.

&#8220;It&#8217;s a fu*king scary time on hockey twitter right now,&#8221; a user <a href="https://x.com/admbeaumont/status/2026106336207856012">posted</a> to X after penning an entire article about their disgust with the men&#8217;s team.
The team that should be universally celebrated for winning the United States a gold medal in men&#8217;s hockey. Instead, they&#8217;re being torn apart by people on the Left who expected a group of jocks 10 bottles of booze deep in the locker room after making history to stand up to President Donald Trump for cracking a joke about the women&#8217;s hockey team.
&#8220;I will actually never look at those men the same ever again,&#8221; another person on X <a href="https://x.com/hrts4celebrini/status/2026240198015590844">wrote</a>. &#8220;The USA women&#8217;s hockey team deserves an apology for so much more.&#8221;
The men&#8217;s team immediately celebrated the women&#8217;s accomplishment after their own overtime gold-medal match. Jack Hughes, the golden goal scorer, said the first thing he thought about moments after scoring the winning goal was Megan Keller, who had scored the winning goal for the women&#8217;s team.
During the locker room celebration, the men&#8217;s team can be heard yelling &#8220;two for two,&#8221; meaning the golden hockey sweep, which marked the first time ever the men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s teams brought home the top Olympic prize.
Still, the hate is piling on because the men accepted the president&#8217;s invitation to the State of the Union on Tuesday in Washington, something most would call a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
However, Greg Cote, host of &#8220;The Dan Le Batard Show,&#8221; who couldn&#8217;t find the back of a mile-long net, called the men&#8217;s hockey team a &#8220;willing pawn&#8221; for attending Tuesday&#8217;s State of the Union.
&#8220;As long as the players realize that, this is an immensely unpopular president with half of the nation. The women&#8217;s team declined, stating prior commitments.
&#8220;We are sincerely grateful for the invitation extended to our gold medal-winning U.S. Women&#8217;s Hockey Team and deeply appreciate the recognition of their extraordinary achievement,&#8221; a USA Hockey spokesperson said to <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/white-house/us-womens-hockey-team-declines-trumps-invitation-state-union-rcna260299">NBC News</a>.
There are people online comparing the men&#8217;s hockey team to January 6 rioters for not denouncing what most considered a joke in real time during a celebratory beer pong game.
&#8220;It&#8217;s so crazy to be so disrespectful of women&#8217;s sports when your mom is literally a pioneer for women&#8217;s hockey,&#8221; another person <a href="https://x.com/satosgs/status/2025797932029510011?s=20">said</a>.
Ellen Hughes, who worked with the Olympic women&#8217;s team and is a medal winner herself, was asked about the phone call with the men&#8217;s team on Tuesday morning and simply called for unity.

The HuffPost piece detailed how people who hate their country are having to deal with Team USA winning at the Winter Olympics. HuffPost offered great advice to those who can&#8217;t stand seeing Team USA on top, like &#8220;don&#8217;t forget to breathe.&#8221; Groundbreaking.

It&#8217;s opening weekend for &#8220;I Can Only Imagine 2&#8221; — the sequel to the faith-based smash hit &#8220;I Can Only Imagine,&#8221; which raked in $83 million in 2018, paving the way for more Christian entertainment.
&#8220;I Can Only Imagine 2&#8221; highlights the real story of Tim Timmons, a Christian singer who joins the hit-making band MercyMe at the height of the group&#8217;s career.
Timmons&#8217; own challenges helped MercyMe lead singer, Bart Millard, to face problems of his own.
MercyMe&#8217;s &#8220;I Can Only Imagine&#8221; was the song behind the first film, while the second film&#8217;s foundation is the song &#8220;Even If,&#8221; written by Timmons about his terminal cancer diagnosis.
Diagnosed with stage four cancer 25 years ago and given five years to live, he still has tumors on his liver today &#8212; but his battle with the disease and how he leaned on his faith, all while inspiring his bandmates to get through their hardships, is on full display in &#8220;I Can Only Imagine 2.&#8221;
&#8220;My story isn&#8217;t cancer; my story is finding joy through it. I think cancer is the dumbest story I know, but how we get through it is the beautiful story,&#8221; Timmons told The Daily Wire at the Nashville premiere. &#8220;For me to have this shown to the whole world and to invite the world to be grateful in the midst of grief is really powerful.&#8221;
When Timmons joined MercyMe, the band was selling out arenas and inspiring a generation, but you will see in the sequel that much was going on behind the scenes.
Millard, who grew up with an abusive father, is threatened by his past demons in the second film, which affects his already fragile relationship with his son, Sam. It&#8217;s Timmons who brings a new perspective to Millard&#8217;s life as the leading man learns about his bandmate&#8217;s hardships and health battles, which help Millard repair the relationships in his own life.
&#8220;At the height of our career, when things seemed to be going great, is when we were struggling the most at home,&#8221; Millard told The Daily Wire. &#8220;I appreciate the fact that this movie tapped into that because it&#8217;s real. If people can walk away saying &#8230; I&#8217;m not in this alone, then it&#8217;s worth it.&#8221;
Timmons is portrayed by actor Milo Ventimiglia, who said &#8220;I Can Only Imagine 2&#8221; will help others find their inner strength.

At the red carpet rollout for the movie in Nashville, The Daily Wire&#8217;s own Reagan Conrad joined other big names from the Music City, including Amy Grant, to celebrate the film&#8217;s release.
Conrad said the sequel is proof there is a desire in the culture for more Christian movies.
&#8220;It is really encouraging because I know it is going to reach so many people with the word of Jesus,&#8221; Conrad said.

The reward for information in the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, the 84-year-old mother of &#8220;Today&#8221; show host Savannah Guthrie, has been significantly increased thanks to a Wisconsin attorney.
Michael Hupy, president of Milwaukee Crime Stoppers, sent a $100,000 check through Crime Stoppers to 88-Crime in Tucson in hopes of generating new leads in the case.
88-Crime is Tucson&#8217;s Crime Stoppers chapter. Crime Stoppers is a nonprofit organization that offers rewards for anonymous tips that lead to arrests. The 88-Crime reward now stands at $102,500 thanks to the boost from Hupy and Milwaukee Crime Stoppers. The FBI is also offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to Nancy Guthrie&#8217;s whereabouts or an arrest in the case.
Though Tucson is nearly 2,000 miles from Milwaukee, where Hupy is based, he felt compelled to help.
&#8220;This case stuck out to me because of the age of the person and the need for medical treatment,&#8221; Hupy told The Daily Wire. &#8220;We have an 84-year-old woman who was left without taking her pills. That&#8217;s not a good situation. I said I better do something.&#8221;
Hupy said time is critical, and with the search entering its third week, more tips are needed.
&#8220;I think if we had motivated someone at the beginning, we might have a solution,&#8221; Hupy said.
Unlike many reward programs, Crime Stoppers guarantees tipsters complete anonymity, even through the payout process.

&#8220;When you call, we don&#8217;t take your phone number,&#8221; Hupy said. &#8220;We don&#8217;t take your name. We don&#8217;t take any information about you. We just take the information you give us. If that results in an arrest, you get a reward. We still don&#8217;t take your name.&#8221;
&#8220;You go to an undisclosed location, give them your number and your code number, and you get the reward,&#8221; Hupy added. &#8220;I don&#8217;t know of an instance where this has not worked, or anyone&#8217;s been betrayed by the system.&#8221;
Guthrie has been missing since February 1, when the grandmother was taken from her home. The FBI and the Pima County Sheriff&#8217;s Office are working to locate her and identify a person who was seen on her front stoop.
Hupy said tips submitted through Milwaukee Crime Stoppers have helped solve murder cases. As an organization, Crime Stoppers has helped solve more than 300,000 cases over its 50 years of operation.

Hilary Knight had a historic performance over the weekend for Team USA Women&#8217;s Hockey. With her goal in the 5-0 shutout of Finland at the 2026 Winter Olympics, Knight tied the all-time Team USA record in the Olympics with 14 career goals.
Knight scored the team&#8217;s fourth goal of the day Saturday to notch the top spot in Team USA&#8217;s history books, and the captain didn&#8217;t even know she was close to tying the record.
Knight is now in the company of retired United States players Natalie Darwitz and Katie King for the goals record.
&#8220;I had no idea. I just love scoring, and that pure elation of finding the back of the net. It’s a little-kid moment. When you score, it’s pure excitement,&#8221; Knight <a href="https://www.nbcolympics.com/news/hilary-knight-ties-us-olympic-goals-record-finland-shutout">said</a> after the victory. &#8220;Those are legendary players and just to be in the same sentence as them is super special.&#8221;
The 36-year-old scored her first Olympic goal at 20 during the 2010 Vancouver Games. Now in her final Olympics, she can set a new scoring record in Italy.
Her teammate Megan Keller, who had the assist on Knight&#8217;s goal on Saturday, told NBC she is cheering Knight on all the way to the record books.
&#8220;I want her to score more than anyone else,&#8221; Keller said. &#8220;I thought she was going to have it in the third period, she had a good look, but there’s no doubt she is going to break that record any time now.&#8221;
This goal-scoring record would be the second one set at the Olympics for Knight. After stepping on the ice for Team USA&#8217;s first match of the Games, Knight became the first United States hockey player to compete in five Winter Olympics.
But wait — there&#8217;s more. With group play underway and Team USA being the favorite to win it all, Knight could also break the United States Olympic points record. Right now, Knight sits at 29, three points behind Jenny Potter&#8217;s all-time leading point total of 32.
The shutout against Finland marked the 16th time the United States Women&#8217;s Hockey team recorded a shutout during the Olympics.
No time to slow down now. Monday afternoon, Team USA takes on Switzerland in another group-play game. The United States is a 6.5-goal favorite against No. 5-ranked Switzerland.
&#8220;We can definitely get better,&#8221; Knight said. &#8220;There are definitely things that we can work on.&#8221;
Team USA cannot overlook the Swiss matchup, which could be easy to do with arch-rival Canada on the schedule for Tuesday, February 10.

The lineup for &#8220;The All-American Halftime Show&#8221; was announced Monday. Kid Rock, Brantley Gilbert, Lee Brice, and Gabby Barrett will take the stage in a show TPUSA says will celebrate faith, family, and freedom.

This show will air during Super Bowl LX&#8217;s official halftime show featuring Latin music star Bad Bunny, who won &#8220;Album of the Year&#8221; at the Grammys on Sunday. The singer&#8217;s selection has sparked significant backlash from many conservatives, including President Donald Trump. Bad Bunny has been critical of the Trump administration&#8217;s illegal immigrant crackdown and refused to tour in the United States last year because he said he didn&#8217;t want ICE raiding his concerts.
At the Grammys this past Sunday, Bad Bunny again criticized ICE.

Last fall, Trump took a jab at Bad Bunny, saying he didn&#8217;t know who the singer was after the NFL announced he would be performing at the Super Bowl LX halftime show.
&#8220;I don’t know who he is,&#8221; Trump told Newsmax. &#8220;I don’t know why they’re doing it. It’s crazy. And then they blame it on some promoter they hired to pick up entertainment. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous.&#8221;
Trump definitely knows who Kid Rock is. The &#8220;Bawitdaba&#8221; singer is a close pal and golfing buddy of the president. Kid Rock also performed at the last Republican National Convention.
&#8220;The All-American Halftime Show&#8221; will allow viewers to be up close and personal with the performance, Turning Point USA spokesman Andrew Kolvet told Fox News Digital.
&#8220;&#8216;The All-American Halftime Show&#8217; is an opportunity for all Americans to enjoy a halftime show with no agenda other than to celebrate faith, family, and freedom,&#8221; Kolvet said. &#8220;We can’t wait to watch the incredible show they’re about to put on. Barrett, who placed third on Season 16 of American Idol, recently sang at the White House Christmas tree lighting ceremony.
The star-studded show is expected to start around 8 p.m. ET on February 8. The Daily Wire will air the show on its platform. TPUSA will also stream the concert on its YouTube channel and X account.
Super Bowl LX is being held in Santa Clara, California, at Levi&#8217;s Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers.

For the first time since the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, Savannah Guthrie&#8217;s 84-year-old mother, Savannah and her two siblings have spoken out.
In a video released Wednesday night, Savannah and her brother and sister pleaded with the perpetrator for proof of life of their mother, who appears to have been taken from her home outside of Tucson, Arizona.
&#8220;We too have heard the reports about a ransom letter in the media,&#8221; Savannah said. &#8220;As a family, we are doing everything that we can. We are ready to talk. However, we live in a world where voices and images are easily manipulated. We need to know without a doubt that she is alive and that you have her. We want to hear from you, and we are ready to listen. Please reach out to us.&#8221;
Savannah and her sister, Annie, and brother, Camron, then spoke directly to their mother.
&#8220;Mommy if you are hearing this, you are a strong woman,&#8221; Savannah said. &#8220;You are God&#8217;s precious daughter, Nancy.We believe and know that even in this valley, He is with you. Everyone is looking for you, Mommy, everywhere. We will not rest. Your children will not rest until we are together again. We speak to you every moment and we pray without ceasing. And we rejoice in advance for the day that we hold you in our arms again.&#8221;
&#8220;Mama if you are listening we need you to come home, we miss you,&#8221; Annie said.
The siblings said in the video Nancy is in constant pain and needs medicine to survive and not suffer.
After the release of the video, Nancy Grace told Fox News the ransom notes that officials are looking into need to be taken seriously. The veteran crime journalist, who previously worked with Savannah at Court TV said Savannah knows the law like the back of her hand and wouldn&#8217;t make a plea to the perpetrator if she didn&#8217;t think something in the letter was accurate.
