“Our cozy mysteries are crafted in the heritage of the classic storytelling that has evolved since Agatha Christie coined the term in the 1930s and set the stage for one of the most popular genres of entertainment,” he added.

According to Deadline, the first mystery movie in the series will be based on Candace Havens’ best-selling book by the same name.

Bure joined GAF in 2022, where she develops, produces, and stars in movies and TV shows broadcast on the network. The former “Full House” star previously said she left Hallmark because she wanted to share “faith-filled” stories “that have more meaning and purpose and depth behind them.”
