On Wednesday, Young America’s Foundation, which has sponsored over 40 speeches on college campuses from Daily Wire Editor-in-Chief Ben Shapiro as part of the Fred Allen Lecture Series, announced it had narrowed the finalist list of schools at which Shapiro will speak in fall 2018 to 13, six of which will be ultimately chosen.
YAF Spokesman Spencer Brown noted that YAF had received over 1,300 inquiries to host Shapiro next fall. The 13 colleges on the finalist list include:
Augustana College (Sioux Falls, SD)
George Washington University
North Central College (Naperville, IL)
Ohio State University
Southern Methodist University
University at Buffalo
University of Alabama
University of Massachusetts – Amherst
University of Memphis
University of Pittsburgh
University of Southern California
University of Texas – Austin
University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee
