It’s apparently that time of the year, again! Last October, former Vice President Joe Biden was featured in a public service announcement for Funny or Die on sexual assault. Now, just one year later, Creepy Uncle Joe is back for more, teaming up with singer Lady Gaga to lecture Americans on sexual misconduct.
And, yes, this would be the same Joe Biden infamous for getting a little too handsy, including even with twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
The joint effort has been dubbed “It’s On Us,” acting as “a rallying cry inviting everyone to step up and realize that the solution begins with us,” according to ItsOnUs.org.

“We want to make it real clear: it’s on us,” says Biden in the PSA. “It’s on everyone to intervene, to stop abuse when they see it and when they hear about it.”
Gaga says she is a victim of sexual assault herself, singing about the experience in a song called “Til It Happens To You.”
“I am a sexual assault survivor and I know the effects, the aftermath, the trauma: psychological, physical, mental,” she says in the video. “It can be terrifying waking up every day feeling unsafe in your own body.”
Gaga’s appearance in the PSA actually makes sense. Joe Biden’s? That’s a touch bizarre. Perhaps former President Bill Clinton was booked?
