The anti-Trump vandals are out in full-force this week. Following the complete destruction of the president’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame by a pickaxe-wielding leftist, Trump’s Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos had her privately-owned yacht vandalized with up to $10,000 worth of damage.
According to The Hill, DeVos’s private yacht (worth $40 million) had been untied from the dock at a northern Ohio marina and set out to drift.
“The captain of the 163-foot yacht, named ‘The Seaquest,’ called the Huron Police Department early Sunday morning when the crew realized the boat was floating in the Huron Boat Basin,” The Hill reports. “The yacht hit a dock, causing between $5,000 and $10,000 in damage.”
The identities of the vandals remain unknown, though investigators hope surveillance footage will provide assistance.
Given that DeVos hails from Michigan, the reasons for her yacht being stationed in Ohio remain unknown. She and her family owns 10 boats.
The Hill ended their report by noting that DeVos is “one of the wealthiest members of President Trump’s Cabinet” with an estimated net worth of $1.3 billion between her and her husband, former Amway CEO Dick DeVos.
The vandalizing of DeVos’s private property comes at a time when leftists have declared open season on Trump’s Cabinet members, a movement championed by Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA). Following the harassment of White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders at a Virginia restaurant, Auntie Maxine told a group of SJWs to harass Trump’s Cabinet members wherever they find them.
“Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up and if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere,” Waters told supporters at a toy drive.
