Avid Clinton supporter, race-hoaxer and self-admitted sexual abuser of her own sister, Lena Dunham, blasted Bill Cosby over his alleged sexual assaults.
Dunham tweeted out that if she “believed in hell Bill Cosby would be going there” and declared that the female victims of Cosby “deserve justice.” A declaration that Bill Clinton’s accusers “deserve justice” was curiously missing from the string of tweets.
Dunham herself is a self-professed sexual abuser. In her memoir Not That Kind of Girl the abortion enthusiast bragged about sexually abusing her 6-year younger sister.
Furthermore, although Dunham seems to believe otherwise, many have drawn equivalence between Clinton and Cosby; even liberal feminist Camille Paglia likened the two during an interview this summer with the wildly liberal publication Salon.
“So have the times and standards changed enough that Clinton would be seen as Cosby, if he was president today?” asked Salon.
“Oh, yes! There’s absolutely no doubt,” answered Paglia, a response she followed up with parallels between the two alleged abusers throughout the rest of the interview.
Salon writer David Daley even noted the “double standard to Bill Clinton’s behavior” was “because he was a Democrat.”
Right from the start, when the Bill Cosby scandal surfaced, I knew it was not going to bode well for Hillary’s campaign, because young women today have a much lower threshold for tolerance of these matters. The horrible truth is that the feminist establishment in the U.S., led by Gloria Steinem, did in fact apply a double standard to Bill Clinton’s behavior because he was a Democrat. The Democratic president and administration supported abortion rights, and therefore it didn’t matter what his personal behavior was.
Dunham, a modern feminist-icon, is actively campaigning for Hillary Clinton—a woman who allegedly threatened victims of her husband’s alleged sexual assaults in effort to silence them. If Dunham’s chosen candidate who self-identifies as a “feminist” is elected into office, Bill will have the same power offered to him in the White House that he previously exploited to not only disgrace the office but to abuse women.
So why is there this double standard: Cosby must be hanged but Clinton gets a pass? Is the “Democrat” double-standard the only thing to blame, or, as Rush Limbaugh fill-in Mark Steyn recently suggested, is it the “race thing”?
Either way, Dunham, as usual, has some explaining to do and some questions to answer.
