Donald Trump’s hit man, Roger Stone, the hack who has been vomiting scurrilous rumors about Ted Cruz for weeks, is taking his talents for mud-slinging to author a book about those he thinks murdered John F. Kennedy Jr.: Bill and Hillary Clinton.
Stone had an official job with Trump’s campaign until last August. His vehement racist and sexist attacks got him banned from CNN and MSNBC, according to Media Matters.
Stone’s most recent escapade into viciousness featured him claiming he would “disclose the hotels and the room numbers of those delegates who are directly involved in” allegedly stealing the nomination from Trump when the GOP convention occurs.
Stone had tweeted about his forthcoming book last fall:
Appearing last month on the internet radio show of conspiracy fanatic James Fetzer, who believes the Holocaust, Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, and 9/11 attacks were faked, Stone opined: “I have coming up next year a book which I make the case that John F. Kennedy Jr. was murdered. And he was murdered by the Clintons because he was in the way. Now I have extraordinary new evidence that nobody else has seen. :
That extraordinary new evidence better be good, because Stone himself wrote in his The Clintons’ War on Women:
There is no question that some Clinton critics are excessive. There are widespread claims that the Clintons are responsible for the death of as many as eighty-three people whose knowledge stood in the way of their political ascent. Based on our investigation, the Clintons are only plausibly responsible for the deaths of half the people on this list. They are not responsible for the death of John F. Kennedy, Jr., as some researchers have claimed, though the number of individuals who are both knowledgeable of and pivotal to the Clintons’ grasp for power who die in plane crashes defies mathematical odds.
JFK Jr. was killed in a plane crash in July 1999 in a plane he was flying himself.The National Transportation Safety Board found that the crash was an accident, ascribing the accident to the “pilot’s failure to maintain control of the airplane during a descent over water at night, which was a result of spatial disorientation. Factors in the accident were haze and the dark night.”
Trump, who has conspiracy fantasies of his own, has used Stone as a source for numerous attacks; citing The Clintons’ War on Women to buttress his attack on Hillary Clinton as an enabler; stating “a major book’s been written about it, and it’s a book that’s a very well respected book. And it was not a pretty picture, what she did,” tweeting his praise of Stone thus:
After the National Enquirer piece which falsely accused Ted Cruz of having affairs with five women crashed and burned, Trump’s campaign manager Corey Lewandowski tried to distance himself from Stone, saying irritably, “I have no control over what Roger Stone does, doesn’t work for the campaign. He’s an independent individual who has no relationship with the campaign in any way, shape, or form.”
But it doesn’t matter at all to Stone if he tells the truth or not, as evidenced by his baseless charges against Cruz. As he himself has boasted, ”If Trump is the nominee I would do whatever he asked me to do, but I just think I am more valuable on the outside throwing bombs.”
