Why all the confusion surrounding the topic of gender identity? The mainstream media, the entertainment industry, and their allies on the far left think they have the answer. They say it is not simply a matter of two genders, male or female, but a “spectrum” of choices. Despite what they claim, science is not on their side.
Ashley McGuire, author of Sex Scandal: The Drive to Abolish Male and Female, explains in PragerU’s latest video that there are consequences to ignoring the male-female differences rooted in biology.
“It’s now okay for a man to hit a woman,” McGuire explains.
McGuire goes into detail about the Mixed Martial Arts bout between Fallon Fox, a biological male who now identifies as a woman, and female fighter Tamikka Brents. Fox sent Brents to the hospital, causing her several injuries.
McGuire describes the event in the video, asserting, “Twenty years ago, if a man hit a woman so hard that he sent her to the hospital, he’d be in prison. Now he can get paid for it.”
McGuire goes further into detail: “Today we are told that male and female are one and the same. This denial of male-female differences has led to the astonishing belief that men and women are not born male or female; they are whatever gender they say they are.” She adds, “Facebook went so far as to offer its users over 50 genders to choose from. Know what a ‘demi-boy’ is? Me, neither.”
McGuire debunks several myths about gender identity, including the differences between male and female brains and bodies. She emphasizes, “The sexes are different. Rather than trying to quash this reality, which can only lead to more needless confusion and suffering, not less, we should step back and marvel at it.”
