Hillary Clinton’s desperate and deceptive attempts to cover up her health problems have blown up in her face. What she hoped to conceal from the press on Sunday has ended up being the lead story on liberal and conservative publications alike. But of all the outlets hitting “Hillary’s Health,” the winner for best cover is The New York Post’s Tuesday issue, which is, well, you just have to see it:
A couple of points on the Post’s headlines: As the Daily Wire reported Monday, Secret Service broke protocol at the demand of a Hillary Clinton staffer to whisk her to Chelsea’s apartment instead of a state-designated trauma center — not only a paranoid and politically motivated move, but a potentially dangerous one. Her political health apparently takes precedence over her physical health.
As for her allies beginning to “worry,” that is a clearly an understatement. In one of the biggest headlines of the day, former Democratic National Committee chairman and long-time Clinton loyalist Don Fowler urged Democratic leaders on Monday to create a contingency plan immediately in the chance that Hillary could not finish the race.
“Now is the time for all good political leaders to come to the aid of their party. I think the plan should be developed by 6 o’clock this afternoon,” said Fowler in an interview with Politico Monday, adding, “It’s something you would be a fool not to prepare for.”
Yikes.
