Lawyer To Kyle Kashuv: Stop Complaining About Officers Questioning You. Internet Responds.

By  James Barrett

On Monday, Kyle Kashuv, one of the only pro-Second Amendment Parkland students who has received any media attention whatsoever, was questioned by law enforcement at the school because he posted some tweets and video of himself and his father at a shooting range learning from an instructor about how to properly and safely use a gun. Without explanation, Kashuv was asked to visit the resource officer, where eventually three law enforcement personnel questioned him “aggressively” about his innocuous social media posts.

“First, they began berating my tweet, although neither of them had read it; then they began aggressively asking questions about who I went to the range with, whose gun we used, about my father, etc. They were incredibly condescending and rude,” Kashuv wrote in an emailed statement to The Daily Wire. “Then a third officer from the Broward County Sheriff’s Office walked in, and began asking me the same questions again. At that point, I asked whether I could record the interview. They said no. I asked if I had done anything wrong. Again, they answered no….They kept calling me the ‘pro-Second Amendment kid.’ I was shocked and honestly, scared. It definitely felt like they were attempting to intimidate me.”

When Kashuv recounted the rather stunning sequence of events online, national security lawyer Bradley P. Moss responded by telling Kashuv to stop complaining about police questioning him for no good reason.

Kashuv responded:

Clearly not satisfied that he’d adequately made his point, Moss continued with his mini-lecture for the student:

Asked about what exactly Kashuv did to warrant the inquisition, Moss responded by overtly mischaracterizing Kashuv’s complaint:

But as Twitchy highlights, Moss learned that sometimes the lecturers get schooled:
