Tinseltown Explodes Over Trump Tweets, But One Celeb Says Dems Always ‘Fall For It’

President Trump’s outrageous posts on Twitter caused (wait for it) outrage among the limousine liberals in Tinseltown, but one rightly declared that Democrats continue to “fall for it.”

Trump ripped Reps. Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, Rashida Tlaib of Michigan and Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts in a series of tweets over the weekend, telling them to “go home” (uh, they are home — all four are American citizens and three were born here).

“This is racist, Biff,” wrote “Captain America” actor Chris Evans.

“The only thing worse than actually being hateful and racist, is casually wielding hate and racism to activate your base in an unrelenting, painfully transparent, and crushingly on-brand effort to soothe your only true devotion: feeding your insatiable ego,” Evans wrote.

Actress Susan Sarandon also pounced.

“I support @IlhanMN, @RashidaTlaib, @AOC & @RepPressley as they stand up to this racist president & expose systemic, bipartisan white supremacy hiding in plain sight in this country. Stay strong, your voices are so important as you fight for working people & the marginalized,” the “Thelma and Lousie” actress said.

Cher (yes Cher!) jumped into the fray, too, with a short tweet: “I Think trump Should Go Back Where He Came From…” she wrote, adding a flamey emoji.

“Book of Mormon” actor Josh Gad went there. “Trump is so racist because he belongs to no race. Orangutans want nothing to do with him and he’s taking it out on all of us,” he wrote on Twitter.

Famed director and “Meathead” actor Rob Reiner ripped Trump as racist.

“It is unarguable, Donald Trump is a racist. If you support him you are supporting racism. At this crucial time in the struggle for the soul of our nation, we all must choose. Either embrace his hatred or fight to overcome original sin. Humanity hangs in the balance,” he wrote.

Horror author Stephen King — who doesn’t live in Hollywood — compared Trump to the Nazis.

“First, you stoke hatred and fear of minorities. Then you round them up and put them in camps. Next, you send out raiding parties to get those who have been driven into hiding. The armbands come next right?”

But Seth MacFarlane, the man behind “Family Guy” and “The Orville” television series, said Democrats are falling for the same old trick.

“We have seen all this before,” he wrote on Twitter. “He’s using the oldest trick in the book. He sees unrest among Democrats, so he’s stirring the pot and throwing gas on the fire below. It’s purely in the interest of igniting chaos. All too often, we fall for it. Let’s see the bully for what he is.”

And least one of them has got it right.
