HILARIOUS: ‘Saturday Night Live’ Jokes About Alec Baldwin After His Arrest For Punching Driver

   DailyWire.com

“Saturday Night Live” made light of its star Alec Baldwin after the actor was arrested and charged with assault for allegedly punching a man over a parking spot.

In the once-funny show’s “cold opening,” various unfunny actors parodied a Fox News segment reporting on the migrant caravan that is currently moving through Mexico toward the U.S. souther border. At the end of the predictable skit, Kate McKinnon, playing Fox host Laura Ingraham, says: “When we come back, an update from disgraced former actor Alec Baldwin, seen here molesting a young Boy Scout.” On screen was a photo of Baldwin in a previous skit with Adam Sandler titled “Canteen Boy.”

The skit came one day after Baldwin, star of “30 Rock” and currently playing President Trump on “Saturday Night Live,” wanted to park his Cadillac Escalade in front of his Manhattan building, so he had a family member stand in it. When a driver in a black Saab pulled into the spot, “Baldwin went ballistic on him, cops and witnesses said,” the New York Post reported.

Said the Post:

“What do you think you’re doing!” Baldwin fumed, according to another witness, a construction worker who also declined to be named. “Alec was yelling ‘Shut the f–k up!’” the hardhat added.

And then there was punching. “Yelling escalating to shoving, and finally the tantrum-throwing thespian, 60, belted the victim, 49, cops said.” Baldwin was arrested for misdemeanor assault, held for a while, then released.

The driver of the Saab, Wojciech Cieszkowski, broke his silence on Saturday to talk about the “punch.” Asked by a Post reporter how he was feeling, he said: “You know, sore, but I’ll be fine.”

And Cieszkowski, an avid runner who ran the Boston Marathon in 2013 — in which three people were killed by terrorist bombs and another 264 injured — told the Daily News he had no idea who the driver attacking him was.

Baldwin took to Twitter to deny the allegations.

“The assertion that I punched anyone over a parking spot is false. I wanted to go on the record stating as much,” he wrote on Twitter, saying the “negative charges” were “clickbait entertainment.”

“Fortunately, no matter how reverberating the echos, it doesn’t make the statements true,” Baldwin wrote.

But Donald Trump Jr. had some fun at Baldwin’s expense.

“I guess Don Lemon was referring to Alec Baldwin when he said white men are the biggest terror threat,” Trump wrote on Twitter, referring to the CNN host’s on-air commentary from Monday.

Trump also slammed the actor for homophobic slurs he uttered about a Post photographer.

“Don’t forget the homophobic slurs. Other than all of those things and all of those chances he’s been given he seems wonderful,” Trump said.
