Here’s What North Carolina Walmarts Look Like Ahead Of Hurricane Florence

Hurricane Florence is currently projected to reach land in North Carolina on Saturday, but as the bands from the Category 2 hurricane continue to impact the coast, residents are prepping. Which, of course, means “chaos at Walmart.”

One video making the rounds that was posted on Facebook Tuesday shows things getting a little tense at a Walmart in Durham.

“Nobody was fighting, just pushing and rushing to get water,” wrote Jenetha Satterfield, who posted the video.

Others have posted video and images of post-apocalyptic-looking Walmarts, with many of their shelves empty, particularly the canned good sections:
