Elizabeth Warren Blames Gorsuch Nomination On ‘Corporations’

Senator Elizabeth Warren, who accused Donald Trump of peddling conspiracy theories to attack the integrity of a sitting president, has created a conspiracy theory of her own, charging that “giant corporations & their right-wing buddies spent millions to keep the SCOTUS seat open” for Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch.

Warren fired off a series of tweets outlining her position:

Last September, Warren attacked Donald Trump for peddling conspiracy theories:

Warren’s own conspiracy theory regarding Gorsuch was immediately decimated on Twitter:

The critics are correct; the Constitution indeed permitted the GOP Senate to hold up nominating a justice to the court; Trump was not expected to win, and most importantly, Clinton received heavy support from the heads of many corporations, as delineated here.

Perhaps Warren is thinking that peddling wild conspiracy theories will gain her the Democratic nomination in 2020.

Here’s hoping she’s right.
