DNC Head: My ‘Conscience Is Very Clear’ About Sending CNN Townhall Questions To Hillary

   DailyWire.com

Donna Brazile, the corrupt head of the Democratic National Committee, assured everyone that she has a clear conscience about her unethical behavior at CNN.

Brazile was interviewed on SiriusXM radio on Monday and tried to spin her behavior as not having done anything wrong, per the Washington Examiner:

“My conscience, as an activist, as a strategist, my conscience is very clear,” she said. “When I said what I said, I said it, and I’m not going back on it. But also understand that throughout the primary season, whether it was 2008, 2004 or 2000 whatever, 2016, I was in touch with everybody.”

Brazile said that she did “submit things” and “circulate things” throughout her time at CNN, though she did not go into detail about specifically sharing questions with the Clinton campaign in advance of CNN-sponsored town halls and debates during the Democratic primary.

By being “in touch with everybody” Brazile likely means in touch with everybody on Hillary Clinton’s team. It’s already well-known, as the Daily Wire has reported here and here, that Brazile forwarded numerous debate questions to the Clinton campaign, including questions on the death penalty and on the lead water poisoning in Flint, MI. But it turns out that Brazile sent even more questions to the Clinton team.

On Monday, Mediaite reported that leaked emails from WikiLeaks show that Brazile forwarded two other incredibly detailed questions to the Clinton campaign in addition to the death penalty question before the March town hall hosted by CNN. One involved unions:

Secretary Clinton, yesterday you were in St. Louis, you spoke at carpenters and others “who built this nation.” Both you and Senator Sanders depend on big union support. President Obama pushed for a massive infrastructure bill that would mean millions of jobs for in this area. Yet many of these trade unions have locked out blacks and other minorities for years. Will you call a meeting with them before November, and if you win, when you are president, to demand that trade unions stop freezing Blacks and others from these good paying jobs?

And the other involved income inequality:

Senator Sanders, you and Hillary Clinton have often talked about the problem of income inequality. Many other Democrats have. Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr. has talked about the lack of economic upward mobility for Black and other minorities in Silicon Valley and corporate America. Yet Power Pac Plus did a study showing that four years ago, the Democratic Party spent $514 million on consultants, and only 1.7%, or $8.4 million went to minority-owned firms or firms with at least one minority principle. How can the public be assured that either one of you or the Democratic Party can fix income inequality when the same party practices it?

Both questions were asked at the town hall almost exactly verbatim, but Clinton was only asked the former question, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) was asked the latter question.

If Brazile claims that she has a “very clear” conscience about unethically forwarding questions to the Clinton campaign, which resulted in her embarrassing CNN and being fired by the network, then there is one thing that has become crystal clear about Brazile’s conscience: she doesn’t have one.
